Welcome back: Jessica Banchs has left her position as sales director for Globo International Tours in Orlando to take over as destination sales manager, corporate and international, for the Arlington (Va.) CVB as the latter prepares to be part of the host region for the 2017 ipw. Prior to her tenure at Globo, Banchs was manager of international sales for JetBlue Airways.
Jodi DiSalle has been named vice president of communications for Experience Kissimmee. A PR veteran of more than 12 years, DiSalle was most recently director of marketing and public relations for the Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center in Kissimmee. Prior to Gaylord, DiSalle was executive director of area communications for March of Dimes for a 28-county region.

Monika Proctor, long-time product manager South, East Region, at Meeting Point North America—it is FTI’s USA-based receptive tour operator located in Melbourne, Fla.—has notified friends that the company is going through a restructuring and she is no longer with the company, as it has had to eliminate some positions. Caesars Entertainment Corporation has announced that Ruben Sigala has been appointed chief marketing officer; Sigala had been serving as the company’s interim CMO since the end of May 2016, and the CMO appointment is subject to regulatory approval. Sigala joined Caesars in 2005 and was the company’s chief analytics officer immediately prior to being named interim CMO. Prior to joining the company, he worked in the cruise line industry and as a consultant in Ernst & Young’s National Cash Management Practice.
Ana Paula Kuba is back in Grupo Trend. She left the company in 2014 for a two-year tenure at Hertz, where she served as marketing director. A veteran of nearly 20 years in the tour and travel industry, Kuba, had previously served with such companies as Philip Morris, GVT and F/Nazca Saatchi & Saatchi.
